Having worked in the Fitness Industry for over 30 years I made the connection that in order for people to achieve their goals their state of mind had to be in the right place. I've grown to understand the mind/body connection. After qualifying as a yoga teacher 15 years ago I became more and more drawn towards mindful meditation for cultivating willpower and helping my clients to do the same.
Unhealthy behaviours such as over eating, drinking or smoking are as a result of undealt with emotions that have become toxic. These emotions can even manifest as complacency or procrastination and on a deeper level anxiety, anger or depression.
